: Enrollment: Funding: Vision Plans: Answers:Do I have to enroll all of my employees?: No. There are no limits or minimum emrollments. An employer can allow their employees to choose to participate on an individual basis. How is this vision care plan funded?: Either the employer or the employee or a combination of the two can fund the plan. This flexibility allows even an individual to enroll and directly fund a plan. What makes this vision plan any better than other plans?: The plans are prepared as customized as your particular needs dictate. They do not have enrollment minimums and can be provided by the employer or have a combined employee employer contribution. Also, as a prepaid health care benefit, the funding comes from pretax dollars saving employees even more of their hard earned income.
